Samuel N. Ortiz-Payero is an artist/musician living and working in Baltimore, Maryland. He recieved his BFA in Interactive Media from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Samuel is a founding member of Thrust Lab, a Baltimore-based electro-acoustic band whose sound is a mixture of Yellow Magic Orchestra, Neu!, and Sonic the Hedgehog.
